Prof Nigel Biggar (University of Oxford) - Ethics of War

After reading Modern History at Worcester College, Oxford, Nigel Biggar proceeded to study religion, theology, and ethics in Canada and the USA.

Ahead of a lecture to be given by Professor Biggar at Christ Church Cathedral in Dublin, he spoke to Wendy about his latest publication “In Defence of War”

The event is being organised by the Church of Ireland’s Historical Centenaries Working Group as a contribution to the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of the First World War.
