Don Wycherley - play “After Sarah Miles”

Now there’s been plenty of excitement stirring around the Dublin Theatre Festival over the past week as the city welcomes in world-class theatre on an international scale.

Over the course of the festival re-imagined classics, innovative productions and world premieres will be staged in theatres around the city centre.

One such work is new play After Sarah Miles, written and directed by West Kerry native Michael Hilliard Mulcahy, who had a very successful production last year of his play ‘Beyond the Brooklyn Sky’

This 80-minute monologue on the life of a fisherman living on the Kerry coast is delivered by accomplished Irish actor Don Wycherley in what has been hailed by national critics as “a magnificent moving performanceâ€

Don joined Wendy in studio to disccus his new play, life in the arts world and his upcoming projects
