Wendy Grace talks to Joe Keyrouz who is senior officer for the Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance programme for the Norwegian Refugee Council. He is based in Lebanon, where huge numbers of people have fled to from the conflict in Syria. They also talk about some of the many needs of the people, and how the international community can help.
