Wade speaks to Rojo about amongst other things the final of the Eurotoques competition.
The festival promotes local seasonal ingredients, creativity, skills and a passion for Irish cooking. The competition looks for chefs who are capable of demonstrating and communicating Ireland’s culinary strength and recognising the importance of our own unique traditions and heritage.
The theme for the 2013 competition is ‘Food Memories: Your Interpretation?’ and the final takes place on Sunday 24th November.
